In December of last year, we launched a competition providing vouchers for internally displaced women to help them acquire new skills and knowledge.
From over 500 applications, we selected 22 participants, who soon received vouchers for their desired training.
Today, our team is receiving numerous feedbacks from those women who have successfully completed their courses and even found new jobs.
We believe it is essential to share these testimonials, so here are some comments from the competition participants:
“I completed the ‘Military Psychology’ course.
Currently, I am employed as a practical psychologist with the international humanitarian organization Medical Teams International, working on a psychosocial support project for the de-occupied areas of Kherson Oblast.
Although my role does not involve working with military personnel, the knowledge and skills I gained are being effectively utilized in my current position.” — Ksenia Chumak.“I am profoundly grateful for this opportunity! I had been putting my dream on hold for 10 years, and now it has become a reality. I completed my thesis, spent a lot of time on practical work, and now I feel confident in my abilities. I even conducted a commercial photoshoot outside the course.
Once again, thank you very, very much!” — shares Kateryna Khudaverdova.
“I have completed my training! The course provided enough information to get started, but after watching all the videos, I realized it wasn’t sufficient for my needs. I plan to work and earn on my own to continue and further my education.
I’ve concluded that it is essential to continue learning process” shares Yuliia Kovalenko.
“My incredible training in floristry has come to an end.
The course provided a wealth of valuable information, including extensive theory and, especially, practical experience.
Now, in addition to my primary occupation, I can confidently use fresh flowers and incorporate them into my decor.
I am certain that this summer I will be working on wedding decorations!
What you do is invaluable; it inspires to conduct new dreams and aspirations,” shares Sofia Piskun.
