Have you ever thought about how discrimination manifests not only during employment but even at the stage of choosing an education?

Why are “women’s” professions considered less prestigious and paid less? These questions became the central theme of the training (Not) Women’s Professions, which took place this weekend at Feminist Workshop.

The training was organized and led by our wonderful volunteers with the support of SHL Ukraine.

Participants explored various forms of discrimination, learned about mobbing and how to counter such situations. They also discussed important legal aspects that can help protect themselves.

And they got to know inspiring stories of women who, defying stereotypes, chose (not) women’s professions and boldly follow their calling.

We’re truly happy that this topic sparked such interest and brought so many amazing people to us. Thank you for your engagement and active participation!

See you at the next Feminist Workshop events!
