Our fundraiser Alla has recently participated in the event “Balance and Cooperation” organized by our beloved fund Heinrich-Böll-Stiftung Ukraine. ❤️‍🔥
The event focused on efficient work without getting burnout and cooperation with stakeholders.
At the event, Alla got to know many active and inspiring people. It was also valuable for her to take a break and think:

“What gives me the energy to move on and build up my resilience?”

Alla shares the results of one of the exercises she did at the workshop.

The idea of the exercise is to separate your ways to restore energy into three imaginary boxes, listing strategies that are easy, moderately easy, and hard to do.

Alla’s energy boxes

Easy:
pet a dog

drink a cup of coffee in silence

send a meme to her friend


Moderately easy:

take a walk in nature

repot the plants

swim in a pool


Hard:

go on a camping trip
