“Feminist Workshop” organized a lecture “Identifying legal boundaries”. The event was held as part of cooperation with “Workshop of your dream”, the center supporting people with mental disabilities.
This lecture was a follow-up to the previous event we had held. This time, the participants got to learn about the legal aspects regarding their own body.
This event was particularly engaging and educational thanks to teaching with puppets. The lecturer chose the method to make the content accessible and clear for people with mental disabilities. It helped the participants to learn about the complicated ideas and include them in the scenarios from their daily lives.
During the event, Hanna Chyr, a legal expert from “Feminist Workshop” focused on the key aspects of human rights regarding the body and talked about specific cases of breaking the legal boundaries regarding the body.
Thanks to the lecture, the participants got both theoretical knowledge and practical skills that will raise their legal awareness.
