We have already told you that our digital literacy courses are back! 🤭 Today let’s get to know Yulia who’s an instructor at the courses.

She shared her teaching experience and her impressions.

I learned about the digital literacy courses from my friend Nastia back when we weren’t that close. She told me about the project and how it resonated with her. It also caught my interest, as I was going through tough times, suffering from burnout. It was hard to find something that would bring back my interest.🙁
But the idea of participating in the project has reignited my passion. And here I am.

In the university, I majored in Software Engineering, that’s why I find it easy and exciting to share my experience, teaching the students to better understand the applications. Actually, all the applications are similar in terms of interaction with a user. Because of that, learning comes easy and productive.

Now I’m an instructor at the digital literacy courses.
We have a really nice four-people team. After the work, I can always rely on them for support or an uplifting conversation. We are all different, which helps the participants to find a teacher they resonate with.
And sometimes Svitlana cooks my favorite salad. 🙂 And we indulge ourselves in a break between the lessons.

I’m glad that this project exists,

and I want to give the course participants some advice: don’t be afraid to try something new! Learning by doing is the best. Knowledge is freedom. 🙂”

Registration is now open for the second iteration of the digital literacy courses. The deadline is November 4.

To register for a course, call us during working hours at +38 096 050 11 76. The events will be held in the city center and will take 4-5 hours a week.
