Last week we held a lecture for the participants of our course “Support Circle” which focused on a healthy diet for women of different ages. It was led by Olha Dorosh, a physiologist and nutritionist, co-founder of the dietology and nutrition school.At the event we discussed:

  • nutrition and eating patterns: what to eat, how much to eat;
  • centenarian habits and how to apply them in your daily life;
  • vital nutrients for people aged 60 and over.

We learned about different ways to choose a diet that supplements your body with vital nutrients and spoke about proper nutrition during and after menopause.During the Q&A session, the lecturer confirmed or debunked beliefs popular on the internet.
The discussion often tackled the issue of buying groceries as many participants weren’t sure how healthy is the food from unverified suppliers.The lecture was really useful and important. We are grateful to Olha for sharing her knowledge with us!
